HPI guided the Lords executive team through the basic visioning process for the F&B services of their new hotel brand. Based upon this we then crafted the financial projections for the Food & Beverage of this new hotel in Miami Beach.

In light of the visioning, hotel brand and the financial goals, HPI then fleshed out the details by developing the conceptual backbone of all restaurant and F&B services at Lords. This included defining the concept personality & operational framework and how to communicate it in daily operations, outlining the menu structure and driving the creative development & experience parameters as well as guiding the team overall on telling the concept’s story in the operation & marketing.

During the launch we worked with the Lord’s team on creating effective marketing goals, strategies and detailed tactics to make them happen.
