Private investors and their designated management team have hired HPI for a soup to nuts solution for this new restaurants: We have started with the development of a new full service, high quality restaurant concept for Miami Beach and are responsible to put all the puzzle pieces together—all the way through the opening of the restaurant, targeted for the 2011.

This work includes full services from Concept, Budget & Financial Projection Development, Lease & Other Contract Negotiation, over guiding the Design Architecture & Contractor Team, and interfacing with the Historical Landmark & Preservation Agency, all the way to overseeing the Operational Opening of the restaurant in the historical Espanola Way district.
