HPI is handling the development of full Employee Manuals & Training Programs for this restaurant management firm. Currently Tabletop manages six restaurants nationwide, with two additional ventures in the pipeline over the next year. HPI is creating a service infrastructure to allow the company to grow, while maintaining and further improving their service standards.
